About our owner’s qualifications

Our owner is a home-grown product of Moose Jaw and has been in the real estate industry for more than a decade.  His expertise is protecting you the client from making a life-changing mistake.  He also takes pride in spending time guiding our clients through the home buying process.

Our owner has completed the necessary requirements to become a member of CaNACHI one of Canada’s most recognized home inspection associations (member # CnSK131119-MP). He is also a member of the largest home inspection association in the world InterNACHI (member # NACHI13112512) and finally he is a member of the IAC2 (member #IAC2-03-2739), which allows him to perform air quality inspections.  His experience as a general contractor makes him a good generalist and his unusually keen eye makes him an excellent choice when choosing a home inspector.

Thunder Creek Home Inspections carries full coverage for Errors & Omissions and General Liability through Hub International policy #CBC 06541110. This is a requirement to be a member in good standing with the associations listed above.

Government relocation program
