Buyers, sellers and permanent home owners can book a mold inspection to identify mold growth and issues that will increase mold growth.  Mold is a serious health concern; children and the elderly are most affected by the absorption and inhalation of mold spores.  The presence of mold normally causes respiratory illness to some degree.  In children elevated spore counts inhibit growth and learning.

Here in our province the main contributor to mold in buildings is due to temperature range and airflow or leakage through the building envelope. Most cases will be hidden behind ceilings, walls and flooring making air testing the only viable way to confirm or deny that the air in the building is safe to breath.
